A referral source is a new person or agency you introduce that leads to IMT onboarding their first client.
Referral tiers are based on the number of referral sources onboarded within the same calendar year, and your referral count resets at the start of each new year.
Partner
- Up to 2 referral sources in a calendar year
- 10% commission per month for up to 6 months
Partner Plus
- 3 to 5 referral sources in the same calendar year
- 15% commission per month for up to 6 months
Premium Partner
- 6+ referral sources in the same calendar year
- 20% commission per month for up to 6 months
Commission applies to the first client only from each referral source. This applies to both direct client referrals and white-label agency partner referrals.
What is the turnaround on IMT making contact with my referral?
We always make contact within 24 hours of receiving a referral.
Should I tell my referral that IMT is going to be calling them?
Yes, this is very important. We are paying you for the time and effort in suggesting our services. So you need to speak to your referral first and ensure they are aware that we will be calling them up. We always try to pre-arrange a day and time to call. This ensures they have the time to chat to us. If you’re a White Label agency making a referral, we do not make contact directly.
Do you outsource your work?
No way. We have a large team of Google Qualified Individuals in-house – we never outsource or hire freelancers. For each new client you put forward to us we will allocate a tech who matches up with the strongest skillset and sector knowledge.
How do I know if my referral has signed up to the IMT services?
Don’t worry, we will keep you informed and call/ email you as soon as the client agrees to come onboard.
*When do I receive my commission?
Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer or decucted from your invoice for the first 6 months of the referred client’s contract.
**When does my referral get their 10% off?
They will receive their 10% discount for their first month’s management fee on their invoice.
